Job Summary
Design and shape end-to-end user experiences for financial services products as a Senior Experience Design, Associate. Lead the creation of elegant, user-centric solutions across web, mobile, and other digital channels; apply information architecture, storyboarding, and inclusive design principles to improve navigation, findability, and accessibility. Drive data-informed design decisions through market trends, user research, and behavioral analyses; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals and deliver strategic, scalable experiences. Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), service blueprints, and a track record of delivering accessible, inclusive digital experiences in a financial institution context.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
- Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
- Experience delivering end to end seamless customer experiences
- Experience creating service blueprints is valuable
- Experience working in a financial institution
