Senior Exercise Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Senior Exercise SME leads the design, planning, and execution of military exercises that integrate Joint Commercial Operations (JCO) and TacSRT capabilities into USSF and joint/combined events. Responsibilities include coordinating scenario development, exercise injects, and validation of TTPs for commercial space-based capabilities; liaising with USSF Delta units, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff J7, and mission partners; integrating commercial sensor tasking and data delivery timelines into exercises; developing after-action reports and contributing to capability maturation roadmaps; assisting in CONOPS and Master Scenario/Inject development for repeatable integration of commercial capabilities in future exercises; requires advanced communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple joint domains. Requirements include Bachelor’s degree, 8-10+ years of experience, knowledge of JPP/MDMP, ability to obtain security clearance, and proficiency with training materials. Work environment supports hybrid onsite/remote arrangements with locations in Colorado Springs, CO and Beavercreek, OH.
