Job Summary
Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations responsible for end-to-end shift operations across multiple Indian locations (Bhiwandi, Dasna, Kolkata, Jaipur, Bangalore). Oversees inbound, sorting, picking, outbound, and inventory, with independent management of 150+ staff, ensuring timely unloading and reporting, manpower planning, safety and hygiene, and escalation of non-compliance. Drives productivity improvement, layout-based manpower planning, and regional P&L performance, while supporting customer-based reporting, timely responses to queries, and proactive resolution of escalations with the Warehouse Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Manpower planning for large teams (150+ staff)
- Knowledge of Inward, Sorting, Picking, Outbound, and Inventory processes
- Strong emphasis on safety, hygiene, and compliance
- Ability to manage regional P&L and budget
- Customer relationship management and escalation handling
