Senior Executive, Volunteer Centre (Jurong East)

Manage and deliver SG Cares programme-funded initiatives while meeting key performance indicators and overseeing operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance. Build relationships with community partners and volunteers to lead planning for recognition activities and cultivate new volunteer sources. Assess manpower needs, identify required skills, and ensure volunteers receive necessary training and resources. Develop strategic outreach programmes to recruit volunteers and expand the charity network. Maintain a motivated volunteer base through strong inter-personal skills and effective engagement platforms.
