Job Summary
Support Operations Manager for steel billing monthly submissions and monitor operations stock reports for the Finance team. Provide solutions to resolve customer issues, drive cost reduction, and improve operational efficiency. Identify and rationalize key concerns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align activities with business objectives. Assist in project planning by analyzing timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks. Maintain confidentiality for the Terminal Billing office and strictly adhere to safety and security norms. Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance rail operations and leverage access to industry platforms and government bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
