Job Summary
Own and proactively manage complex, high-volume calendar coordination and email inbox for a Founding Firm Partner. Support travel planning and execution across different time zones, manage team expense reports via Ramp, and handle logistical organization for mass outreach efforts including marketing sends and holiday campaigns. Provide timely responsiveness outside of regular business hours on a 24/7 basis. This role requires 7+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting, with a standard 40-hour workweek and onsite presence in the New York City office. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $165,000 annualized, with overtime eligibility. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working in Private Equity, Investment Banking and/or Consulting environments
- Superior communication skills

- experience, confidence, and presence to work with all levels of the firm including external counterparts
- Highly motivated, self-driven, solution and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude, no task too big or too small
- Strong time management skills: ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a strong degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to think independently and provide creative solutions
- Expert experience with Microsoft Office
- Timely responsiveness outside of regular business hours, at times on a 24/7 basis
- Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office
