Job Summary
Senior-level Talent Acquisition lead responsible for overall hiring for one healthcare vertical and functioning as an entry-level recruiter. Drive short-term planning to enhance hiring programs, partner with TA partners, participate in campus hiring and job fairs, and implement process improvements. Apply a systematic approach to identify opportunities for improvement, perform root-cause analysis, and align recruiting efforts with client and company goals to attract the best talent from the market. Must demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and familiarity with recruitment programs, employment branding, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting

- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Willingness to understand duties and competencies of different roles
