Senior Executive – Supply Chain & Procurement

Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, vendor evaluation, price negotiation, purchase order issuance, and follow-ups. Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base while leading commercial negotiations to optimize costs and secure favorable payment terms. Plan and execute procurement aligned with production plans and demand forecasts, monitoring material availability to address supply risks and delays. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries, support import/export documentation, and monitor inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolescence. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and finance teams on specifications, new product development, and stock reconciliation. Maintain accurate records, generate periodic reports on savings and vendor performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement and supplier consolidation.
