Engage with new product developments for machine modifications, Kaizen implementations, and programming. Analyze future models for efficiency improvements and maintain up-to-date inventory of operation-related assets. Lead initiatives including SOPs, 5S, and PDCAs to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
