Job Summary
Coordinate board and committee meetings by preparing board packs, drafting high-quality minutes, and ensuring all governance processes comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage complex corporate secretarial matters such as refinancing arrangements, constitutional amendments, share issuances, distributions, and other structural transactions. Ensure strong governance and risk management by maintaining AML/CFT compliance frameworks, reviewing and approving corporate documentation, and overseeing statutory and regulatory filings. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, regulators, and external advisors, while providing technical guidance and coaching to junior team members. Oversee the full entity lifecycle, including onboarding, migrations, and closures, as well as manage billing processes and resolve complex fee-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- You hold a relevant degree or are qualified or progressing toward ICSA/ACCA/ACA (minimum Level 2)
- You bring robust experience in a similar role within the global business or financial services sector
- You have strong hands‐on experience in corporate administration and company secretarial activities
- You have a solid understanding of the Companies Act, Financial Services Act, and key legislation governing the Global Business sector in Mauritius
