Job Summary
Senior Executive Sales responsible for achieving targeted revenue for the assigned region, preparing proposals and quotations, reviewing contracts, maintaining CRM data, and leading a team of Business Development Managers/Executives. The role includes developing territory sales plans, supporting regional marketing activities, tracking market trends, building relationships with clients, consultants, and industry associations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and visiting customers across Bengaluru to drive sales. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in sales/marketing (preferably TIC), strong communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership, and retention skills; travel to meet customers regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably from a TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) company
- Good at Communication Skill
- Good at Presentations
- Sales Driven (selling skill and result oriented)
- Good at negotiation skills
- High leadership and supervisory skills
