Senior Executive - RTR (APAC)

Job Summary
Oversee general accounting processes for all country units, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing activities. Manage GL entries, reconciliations, and adjustments, including posting standard and complex journal entries and performing periodic balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations. Calculate and post accruals, update the SAP fixed asset module, and execute depreciation runs. Process intercompany invoices, payments, and journal entries while maintaining agreements aligned with transfer pricing policies. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, prepare intercompany reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, and support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations while managing SLAs and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Operations
- 5-9 years of experience
- Must have proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared service environment managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals
- Strong attention to detail, organised and results orientated
- Good working knowledge of Finance processes
- Exposure to SAP Finance s relevant modules
- RTR process re-engineering and project management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Must be flexible to travel based on business requirements during this period
- Must have proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared service environment managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals

Desired Qualifications
- This position currently requires Work from Home during Australia / Singapore Shift as per project needs
- There may be a prepone in shift timing, which will be reviewed post-transition
- Following the transition, the role will shift to a Hybrid Work from Office model, in alignment with company
