Senior Executive, Retail Operations - Ha Noi Centre

Handle day to day mall operations to ensure high-quality standards and meet tenant and customer requirements. Coordinate with mall team and suppliers, and oversee facilities and services. Supervise and manage staff including Customer Service, Operations Executive, and Mall IT teams; address complaints and tenant defects; manage recruitment, training, development, and succession planning. Implement cost-efficiency programs and target improvements across operational areas. Ensure adherence to mall operation policies and safety standards by tenants, service providers, and contractors. Identify health and safety risks and inform management. Forecast and plan budgets for OPEX and CAPEX; control expenses within approved budgets. Manage term contracts with outsourced suppliers to ensure renewals/tenders are completed before expiry. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and BOM. Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, strong negotiation, ability to work in multi-cultural environments, and aptitude for using Office software. Requires 5 years of relevant experience; shift work may be required.
