Job Summary
Lead research and early outreach on senior and executive-level searches, mapping talent across overlooked companies, direct competitors, and adjacent industries. Think beyond standard channels by tapping into industry communities, warm networks, and referrals to find candidates others miss. Be the first voice a candidate hears by conducting credible outreach and initial phone screens before handoff, while maintaining clean, accurate pipelines in Ashby. Help shape job specs, scorecards, and search materials alongside recruiters, bringing market and comp insight to sharpen sourcing strategy. Share learnings from each search to grow the team's playbook and talent database. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and partners across the business as search needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- A natural at engaging senior and C-level candidates
- Clear, confident, and fluent enough in our business strategy
- Sharp instincts and sound judgment
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential searches and sensitive information
- Self-motivated and organized
- Proficient with an ATS (Ashby)
