Job Summary
Drive end-to-end executive recruiting strategy and delivery within a designated region or function. Lead and guide talent acquisition team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, tools, and insights needed to succeed. Prioritize recruiting initiatives, programs, and requisition assignments across business groups. Partner closely with executive leadership to understand evolving business needs and develop targeted strategies to attract and secure top-tier leadership talent. Manage a diverse portfolio of executive-level searches globally across all business units within Global Products (manufacturing). Champion and follow established executive search processes, leveraging specialized tools and resources to build executive search into a premier talent acquisition offering. Apply advanced interviewing and assessment techniques to evaluate complex leadership competencies, experiences, and capabilities. Proactively identify and engage passive talent through innovative sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other platforms). Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external talent resources to deliver high-quality hires efficiently and cost-effectively. Manage partnerships with external search firms when engaged, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and outcomes. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and a high level of professionalism throughout the process. Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between candidates and senior leadership during interviews and selection. Lead offer development and negotiations with a focus on alignment, equity, and candidate experience. Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy (including EEO requirements). Provide feedback to candidates not selected and nurture ongoing relationships for future opportunities. Coach and educate hiring leaders on effective interviewing practices, inclusive hiring, and applicable employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience, including executive or leadership hiring
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and HR technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience engaging with senior leaders and executive candidates
- Knowledge of recruiting practices, employment laws, and inclusive hiring principles
