Senior Executive-QC

Conduct chemical and instrumentation analysis using ICP-MS and LC-MS for in-process, raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to meet dispatch timelines. Perform analytical method developments, validations, transfers, and verifications while preparing and reviewing protocols, work sheets, and reports. Allocate work to chemists, maintain instrument calibrations and documentation online, and manage stock levels for standards, chemicals, and reagents. Review analytical and calibration data, investigate OOS/OOT/OOC deviations, and implement CAPAs. Coordinate with QA, Production, PPIC, and Warehouse for smooth dispatches, approve/reject batches in SAP, and prepare COAs per customer requirements. Ensure safe working conditions, train employees on GLP/GMP and glassware cleaning, and maintain instruments in working condition to reduce breakdowns.
