Job Summary
Senior Executive - Product and Brand Marketing based in Mumbai. Marketing support for the Products Sales Division, reporting to the Senior Manager - Products Marketing, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include end-to-end marketing activities such as product launches/relaunches, go-to-market planning and execution, packaging development, artwork approvals, creation and deployment of marketing collaterals, POP/POSM, brochures, training material, and sales communication. Work with regional sales teams to provide marketing support for retail, B2B, and on-ground activities; plan and execute promotional schemes, trade and consumer activations, events, and exhibitions; conduct basic market research, competitor tracking, pricing checks, and share insights. Coordinate with vendors for artwork development, printing, fabrication, and sourcing of promotional materials; track marketing spends and support budgeting; collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Ops, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Quality) to drive innovation and ensure timely project closures. Support digital and e-commerce listings through content coordination, creatives, and product information; prepare product presentations, internal decks, reports, and performance summaries for management reviews. Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and legal/metrology requirements related to packaging and claims. Maintain documentation and project tracking for smooth execution of all marketing initiatives. Key areas: product launch/relaunch execution, marketing collateral development, sales channel support, compliance adherence, market intelligence, and digital content/e-commerce enablement. Skills: strong conceptual and solution-oriented thinking; independent, detail-oriented work style; exceptional coordination and project management; strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; stakeholder management. Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing; 3-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing
- 3-5 years of relevant overall experience
- Equivalent professional experience without formal qualifications may also be considered
- Minimum 1-3 years hands-on experience in product or brand marketing (preferably FMCG)
- Experience in agency/vendor management for creative and production deliverables
- Excellent verbal, written, and editing proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Sheets/Slides a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, website content, and analytics
