Job Summary
Senior-level procurement role focused on supplier sourcing, negotiation, and end-to-end purchasing operations. Responsibilities include identifying reliable suppliers, liaising with vendors on quality, pricing, credit terms and delivery; issuing POs; processing RFQ/RFI/RFP; maintaining and improving procurement processes; evaluating vendor performance using ETAs and KPIs; price benchmarking with Netsuite; ensuring timely purchases for production and coordinating with multiple centers; coordinating tender processes; ensuring ISO/QMS compliance; supervising junior procurement staff; and driving cost savings and supplier performance. Required: bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline and at least 2 years in procurement, with fluent English and Bahasa; additional Mandarin advantageous; strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's in any relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in procurement. Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred.
