Job Summary
Design and lead the development of PowerPoint and Keynote presentations that translate executive messaging into compelling, visual narratives. Develop and maintain presentation templates aligned with brand standards while interpreting complex content into clear, impactful visuals. Apply existing client brands to event identity, signage, and collateral to enhance the live event experience, with additional support for print, social media, and campaign design. Supervise freelance designers and collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Producers on regular projects. Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompting is required. This role involves 10-15% travel and requires a strong leader with a passion for design trends and creative technologies to elevate the agency's work for clients.

- Ability to interpret complex content and distill it into clear, impactful visuals
- Experience applying existing client brands to various event elements including event identity design, signage, collateral etc.
- Experience with print collateral, signage and other forms of campaign design
