Job Summary
Senior Executive - Manufacturing Operations; onsite role with regular travel between manufacturing sites. Responsible for full P&L accountability, leading multi-site manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, production performance, supply chain management, and process optimization. Collaborates with engineering, sales, and program management to accelerate innovation and delivery; builds high-performing, cross-location teams; ensures compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred) and 20+ years of leadership in aerospace/defense manufacturing; strong financial acumen and Lean/Six Sigma expertise. Travel between sites; relocation support is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing background required
- Experience managing multi-site operations
- Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations
- Full P&L accountability
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
