Job Summary
Senior Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO, overseeing high-level personal assistance, lifestyle management, travel coordination (including commercial and private aviation), and oversight of multiple residences, vendors, and personal operations. Acts as central point of coordination for personal, household, travel, and lifestyle matters with ownership, discretion, and independence in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities include coordinating international travel, visas, VIP airport services, accommodations, luxury experiences, managing multiple residences and property-related tasks, complex multi-time-zone calendars, medical/wellness appointments, confidential document handling, personal purchasing, vehicle management, events and family support, vendor coordination, and basic financial administration. Requires 5+ years of experience with UHNWI or private households, fluency in Bulgarian and English, based in Bulgaria (Sofia preferred), and willingness to travel occasionally; remote work options are indicated for Bulgaria.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting UHNWI, founders, executives, family offices, celebrities, or private households
- Experience managing multiple areas simultaneously: travel, residences, vendors, administration, and logistics
- Strong understanding of luxury travel and premium service standards
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Absolute discretion and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Fluent Bulgarian and English
