Create patterns from designer sketches and measurement sheets for costing, internal fit, and mock-ups. Verify pattern accuracy against samples, mark seam allowances, and coordinate with sewing techs to ensure correct cut and sew procedures. Attend style introductions and fit meetings to discuss amendments based on customer feedback, then submit graded size sets for approval. Directly communicate with customers regarding pattern technical issues and provide inputs for the technical package preparation. Issue markers for daily sample submissions and evaluate mock-ups. Perform pattern grading and alterations for all styles while ensuring all measurement specifications are addressed.
