Job Summary
Senior Executive, Order Management & SC Execution Analysis responsible for executing and monitoring SAP-based order-to-invoice processes, data integration for critical BioPharma customers, and cross-regional coordination. Plays a key role in data accuracy, audit readiness, and operational compliance, driving reports automation, and enabling reliable customer experience. Requires SAP Order Management experience, advanced Excel/VBA skills, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical and communication abilities. Primary work location is Gurgaon, India; on-site with standard business hours and potential cross-time-zone coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
- Supply Chain Management knowledge (Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, or equivalent)
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Sales roles within an international environment
- Experience working in a global industrial and matrix organization
- Proven ability to work cross‐functionally and influence stakeholders
- Experience working with SAP Order Management
- Experience with advanced MS Excel & VBA Macros
- Languages: English (Mandatory), French (Nice to have)
