Job Summary
Senior Executive in Order Management handling import shipment clearance, Sales Order and billing, and export documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with nominated agents/CHAs and transporters to arrange containers and material movement; preparing SB/AWB/BL drafts; ensuring timely provision of documents to customers; post-shipment document lodgement on bank portal; supporting clearance of SB from EDPMS; providing MIS for Shipping Bill to enable IGST refunds; coordinating with commercial and accounts payable for licenses and CHA bills; identifying areas for process control, system improvement, and automation with SAP IT/RPA teams. Suitable for an experienced professional in manufacturing logistics and export/import workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years experience in manufacturing industry with exposure in import shipment clearance, Sales Order Entry, Billing, Pre-shipment and Post Shipment documentation and Export
- SAP SD module end user experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- MS-Office especially MS Excel
