Senior Executive, Marine

Underwrite and price new and renewal H&M and Cargo business within delegated authority limits, managing complex high-value marine risks including project cargoes, bulk cargo, pleasure craft, and bluewater vessels. Handle the full facultative reinsurance process for inward and outward lines while driving business growth through relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and key clients. Oversee policy administration, support digital transformation initiatives such as marine portal development and UAT, and maintain accurate underwriting records and compliance databases. Provide technical expertise to distribution teams and collaborate with the actuarial team on treaty renewals. This role combines marine underwriting expertise, reinsurance management, and digital transformation leadership to support the growth and profitability of the marine insurance portfolio.
