Job Summary
Senior Executive Manager Client Management responsible for managing assigned client portfolios to achieve financial objectives, ensure service-level performance, oversee contract terms, contribute to contract negotiations, monitor KPIs/SLAs, build and maintain strong client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, lead and coach the team, and manage approvals related to orders and documentation.
