Senior Executive, Logistics Coordination

Job Summary
Coordinate & oversee logistics operations across Southeast Asia; work with customers to understand logistics requirements and allocate transportation resources; arrange and coordinate logistics solutions through vendors and in-house resources to ensure smooth operations and profitability targets; coordinate with customers, vendors, and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries; track shipment progress and coordinate delivery execution; troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during the delivery process; ensure drivers comply with customer requirements and Ninja Van SOPs; manage delivery documentation and ensure timely return of required documents; maintain and update shipment tracking records and vendor profiles; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports; leverage Excel and other reporting tools to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Coordination, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Project Management
- Experience in Logistics or E-commerce industries is preferred
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
