Job Summary
Make outbound calls to target companies to introduce the e-marketplace platform and persuade them to join as valued users. Conduct cold and warm calls to identify specific purchase requirements and generate enquiries for their needs. Maintain accurate records of lead information, contact details, and communication history in Zoho CRM. This role supports the company's mission to build a robust ecosystem for Defence, Space, and aerospace sectors through its global e-marketplace platform connecting businesses and individuals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in domestic or international calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Experience working on Zoho CRM to maintain the processes and streamline lead generation
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with an e-marketplace or an e-commerce platform
