Job Summary
We are looking for a Presales / Consulting professional with strong Financial Services domain expertise to support business development, solutioning, and client advisory initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams for presales activities, translating client requirements into structured business solutions, creating high-quality business documents, and developing and managing RFP responses and consulting artifacts. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of relevant experience, proven skills in proposal creation, and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Presales / Consulting / Business Analysis
- Strong domain knowledge in Financial Services (Banking, BFSI)
- Proven experience in RFP responses and proposal creation
- Business documentation (BRD, functional docs, presentations)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create crisp, structured, and impactful content
- Strong understanding of sales pitch, solutioning, and consulting approach

- Experience in working with sales performance or business growth initiatives
- Exposure to client-facing consulting roles
