Job Summary

Senior Executive – Human Capital responsible for high-volume recruitment, college-visits, career fairs, and sourcing candidates, plus onboarding coordination and HR operations support. Manages end-to-end onboarding, probation reviews, contract renewals, and internal transfers; maintains HRMS records; provides HR support to business units; facilitates internal communications for HR programs; supports performance and development activities, learning sessions, and talent data maintenance; organizes employee engagement activities; tracks participation and generates basic reports; escalates employee relations concerns; maintains HR documentation and supports cross-functional HR activities (recruitment, admin, payroll); ensures adherence to HR policies and SOPs; supports internal audits and rollout of new policies. Desired experience includes 3+ years in HR/HRMS/administration with cross-functional collaboration and sales KPI targeting in a retail stores context. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
