Job Summary
Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring for hospital sites to identify hazards and enforce company regulations. Lead HSSE Committee and Environmental Performance Monitoring Committee meetings, organize inductions and awareness campaigns, and coordinate with regulatory bodies including DOSH, DOE, and BOMBA. Initiate incident investigations, analyze performance trends, and implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification requirements. Represent the company in Ministry of Health audits and represent the team in Group and Regional forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/ or Occupational Safety & Health management or any related field
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in HSSE
- Certified OSH or Environmental or OSH internal auditor
Desired Qualifications
- Competence as OSH Coordinator, Internal Auditor for OSH & Environment
