Job Summary
Partner with local and regional stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey to ensure accurate Month End Close for the Q-Commerce portfolio. Develop financial models to support monthly forecasts and annual budgets, while performing detailed variance analysis to explain financial performance and key business drivers. Prepare management reporting decks and monitor KPIs to drive forecasting and strategic decision-making. Drive process optimization by implementing new accounting processes and guidelines, assisting in ad-hoc projects focused on continuous automation and streamlining regional systems. Collaborate with FP&A and Business Insights teams to deliver value-added analysis that impacts business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5-6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to drive organizational change through proactive stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of business dynamics
- Expert-level knowledge of finance, complex financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and explain complex financial issues for stakeholders at all levels
- Resilient and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under pressure
- Passionate about building scalable, automated financial systems and continuously optimizing processes
