Job Summary
Senior Executive - Financial Accounting and Control will manage financial accounting and control related services for the finance CoE to subsidiaries of LSEG. Responsibilities include timely and accurate financial reporting, standardizing processes, onboarding new scope, developing training/onboarding plans, ensuring adherence to policies and proper financial controls, supporting external audit, partnering with Entity Accountants, Financial Controller, Group Reporting and Statutory Reporting teams, and leveraging SAP/Oracle/Blackline systems. Strong stakeholder management, cross-geography collaboration, and ability to drive process improvements while meeting tight deadlines are required.
Required Qualifications
- Having professional accounting degree with minimum 5 years of experience in General Accounting
- Background in finance shared services would be an added advantage
- Candidates with part qualification/ degree and relevant experience also considered
- Experience in SAP/Oracle/Oracle Fusion and Blackline accounting systems
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work according to UK work hours
