Senior Executive Engineer (M&E)

Job Summary
Senior Executive Engineer (M&E) responsible for feasibility through detailed design of Mechanical Services for public and commercial projects. Develop layouts for M&E plantrooms, service routings, and fixtures; consult with authorities; prepare tender specifications and review drawings; perform contract administration; manage project progress; oversee testing and commissioning of M&E systems; and lead technical/progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. Requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Singapore PE Board recognition), minimum 5 years of design/project management experience in building services, and strong familiarity with building services codes of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore)
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in carrying out designs of mechanical services, project management and supervision
- Conversant with the codes of practice and regulations related to building services is essential
- Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and contractors
