Job Summary
Senior Executive - Employee Relations responsible for implementing and sustaining human resource strategic objectives, supporting recruitment and selection for directs, analyzing data for management decisions, maintaining positive employee relations and addressing grievances, overseeing administrative duties for employee files and providing timely statistics, monitoring absenteeism and leave trends, organizing companywide events and engagement activities, driving Women go beyond initiatives, ensuring labour compliance and supporting audits, and contributing to CSR and other compliance-related initiatives. Requires a degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field, 3-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency with HRIS and MS Office, and a focus on employee engagement and workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant field
- 3-4 years of similar experience
- Knowledge of attendance management, absenteeism, and LTO control
- Exposure to compliance audits and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
