Job Summary

Administer annual executive compensation processes for officers and senior leadership, managing base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options. Maintain executive compensation records, award agreements, and governance documentation while coordinating actions for hires, promotions, retention awards, and severance. Support Board and Compensation Committee materials, equity program administration, and peer benchmarking against approved groups. Develop executive compensation dashboards, analytics, and scenario analyses to monitor market trends and compliance with public-company requirements. Ensure all programs align with regulations, internal policies, and stakeholder expectations through audit-ready controls and disclosure support.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years compensation experience
  • 3+ years executive compensation and/or equity administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with executive compensation consulting, equity administration, or Compensation Committee support
  • CCP
  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional)
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with Workday Compensation
  • Experience with equity administration platforms (Morgan Stanley Shareworks, E*TRADE, Fidelity, Carta, Merrill, etc.)
  • Strong executive reporting and presentation skills
