Senior Executive - Central Verification role focusing on tracking and reporting agency performance metrics, ensuring SLA delivery for Central Verification, coordinating with Location Managers and agencies for daily uploads, monitoring agency compliance (agreements, NDCs, audits, terminations), tracking TAT burst cases and performing decline reviews, and ensuring timely responses to verification emails. The position requires understanding of credit card processes, stakeholder and process orientation, and strong attention to detail and customer orientation. Location-based role in Gurugram, India.
