Job Summary
Partner directly with the CEO to advance strategic initiatives, assess risks, and keep priorities aligned with Drata's mission and growth objectives. Anticipate leadership needs, proactively remove barriers, and prepare data-backed briefings for executive and investor meetings. Manage day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, including calendar precision, expense tracking, and travel coordination for board events. Act as the CEO's trusted proxy during key transitions, draft executive communications, and structure leadership meetings to build shared vision. Design work plans that track company OKRs, monitor cross-functional milestones, and lead special projects like M&A and automation efforts. Serve as a strategic connector across teams, maintain an active pulse on organizational insights, and champion continuous improvement using automation tools.

- 4+ years of leadership experience managing business operations or executive support programs
- Experience across multiple functions and time zones
- Experience supporting board and investor relations
- High degree of discretion and professionalism
- Expertise building and scaling operational frameworks
- Experience with OKRs
