Job Summary
Identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue through brand partnerships. Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, manage commercial negotiations, and oversee performance including P&L and royalty reporting. Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and retail partners, create tailored partnership proposals, and collaborate with Domestic Artist and Marketing teams to unlock innovative brand collaboration opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are required to drive new business, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance artist visibility and commercial impact.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management
