Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO who acts as the primary support system, managing the CEO’s calendar, gatekeeping and travel logistics, and handling day-to-day personal tasks to keep the CEO focused on leading the enterprise. Beyond administrative duties, you will provide strategic and creative support through drafting and editing communications, assisting with presentation preparation, and following up on projects and initiatives. Exceptional organization, clear communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an executive support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level correspondence with attention to detail/grammar
- Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Zoom, etc.
- Proven professionalism with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgement
- Experience partnering with senior management in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Omaha with reliable ability to handle local errands
