Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant to support VP, Strategy, Programs & Enablement and Alliance & Channels leaders. Core duties include managing day-to-day scheduling, coordinating internal/external meetings across APAC and US time zones, proactive calendar prioritization aligned to ANZ business rhythms and fiscal calendars, booking domestic and international travel within policy (including visas and documentation), navigating a large matrixed organization, acting as an extension of the VP, supporting event logistics and project coordination, and handling other administrative and project duties as required. Must be located in Sydney, Australia and willing to work on a hybrid basis (3 days/week in office). The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to operate at speed in a dynamic environment, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace. Right to work in Australia is required; Salesforce/Tableau experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Located in Sydney, Australia
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office)
- Experience coordinating across APAC time zones including New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and US time zones
- Experience setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex)
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Google Meet)
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
- Right to work in Australia
