Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO in the Grooming organization at P&G. Provides high-level, proactive support to C-Suite leadership, manages complex calendars and travel logistics, and collaborates with board members and senior leaders. Demonstrates discretion with highly sensitive information, navigates multi-time-zone demands, and leverages Microsoft Office tools and AI capabilities to optimize workflows. Responsibilities include relationship management, strategic coordination with the Grooming Executive Board, calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, information management, and cross-functional partnership with HR and Communications. Requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2-year degree; Bachelor’s preferred; 3-5 days/week in Boston offices; experience supporting senior executives; immigration sponsorship not available. Compensation range $92,400 - $115,500 per year. Location: Boston GO & Tech Center, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year degree required
- Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience working with and supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-Suite level
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong calendar management
- Ability to plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics (including visa requirements)
- Budget management and submitting expense reports
- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) to enhance planning, research, communication drafting, and data analysis
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and trust
- Full-time availability in Boston offices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Meeting coordination and follow-up action tracking
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR and Communications
