Job Summary
Manage high-level administrative support for the CEO, Executive management staff, and Arkansas Urology physicians by handling information requests, correspondence, and scheduling. Compile, process, and analyze data to prepare reports while identifying business solutions for complex special projects. Screen calls, answer mail, and maintain appointment calendars for the COO, including travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and catering. Establish confidential files, conduct research, and manage recruitment plans for physician sourcing. Represent the company on committees, support the Employee Engagement Committee for event planning, and serve as Notary Public for medical records and business office needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area
- 3 years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Word
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Outlook
- Word Processing
- Typing
- Alphanumeric Data Entry
- Contact Management
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materials related to Arkansas Urology and its subsidiaries
