Job Summary
Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations (Medicine) Temp Contract till 31 Dec 26 at Woodlands Hospital, Singapore. Drive clinical operations workflow improvements across the Division of Medicine, coordinate the NHG DEFINITE Programme for diabetic foot ulcers, support procurement and administrative processes, assist in patient care coordination across inpatient, outpatient, and primary care settings, support data collection, analysis, and research activities, and contribute to programme development and reporting. Demonstrates strong project management, analytical skills, and collaboration with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams; proficient with Microsoft Office and healthcare research tools (SPSS, REDCap) as an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Degree in a science or health‐related field.
- At least 2 - 5 years of clinical / research experience in healthcare sector
- Experience in clinical care, research coordination, or integrated care programmes will be an advantage.
- Experience in clinical trial support or DSRB applications is a plus.
- Comfortable with patient interaction, including management of diabetic foot conditions.

- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and research tools (e.g. SPSS, GraphPad Prism, REDCap) will be an advantage.
