Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant to support C-suite, owning executive operations, personal assistant tasks, and end-to-end events. Responsibilities include schedule management across multiple executives, inbox and correspondence handling, meeting coordination, executive travel and personal logistics, and maintaining confidentiality. Lead end-to-end event coordination for industry conferences and internal company events, including conference logistics, registrations, hotel blocks, travel, swag, sponsorships, and post-event recaps. Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, budget ownership, and run-of-show documents. Operate across operations and administration, including NDAs, expense reporting, and cross-functional liaison with Finance, Sales, and Account Management. Must demonstrate exceptional organization, attention to detail, ownership mindset, high emotional intelligence, strong written and verbal communication, and comfort with technology-enabled workflows (gsuite, AI automation, and related tools). The role requires the Delray Beach, FL office presence four days per week in a remote-first company culture with a global team.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of EA experience
- 3+ years supporting C-suite or President-level leaders
- End-to-end event ownership
- Vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget reconciliation experience
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel also acceptable)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Concur, and Calendly
