Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant role combines executive operations, personal assistant support, and company event ownership to keep C-suite aligned with strategic priorities. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management across multiple executives, end-to-end event planning and logistics for external conferences and internal All-Hands/offsite events, vendor sourcing and contract negotiation, budget reconciliation, and ensuring confidentiality and professional judgment in all executive interactions. The role requires coordinating executive travel and personal logistics, running run-of-show documents, and maintaining a proactive approach to identify bottlenecks and streamline administrative processes. The position demands high organizational discipline, strong written and verbal communication, tech-savviness with AI-driven processes, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote-enabled, office-based environment (Delray Beach, FL) four days per week, with hybrid work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of EA experience
- 3+ years supporting C-suite or President-level leaders
- End-to-end event ownership across industry conferences and internal company events
- Vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget reconciliation experience
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Concur, and Calendly
