Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant to Securities Services executives. Responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, coordinating events and Town Halls, drafting communications, supporting executive bio and organizational charts, providing site and office support, processing T&E expenses, and maintaining confidential information with high-level discretion. Requires 5+ years supporting executive leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with travel planning, calendar management, and tools like Concur, Teams, and Excel. Role requires five days in the office in New York, with no Hybrid option. College degree is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executive level leadership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Domestic and international travel planning skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication
- Fluency in planning complex market visits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Teams) and ability to learn new technologies
- Willing to work outside business hours
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and team members
