Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a C-suite level manager and department, handling correspondence, calendar management, conference and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities include coordinating executive-level appointments, preparing materials for meetings, assisting with presentations and documents, managing travel schedules, processing invoices, ensuring compliance and risk considerations, training junior staff, and supporting a large financial-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and prepare materials for meetings
- Experience with creating/modifying presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Experience with expense reports and travel/expense systems
