Senior Executive - Air Freight Operations

Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final documentation and shipment closure. Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, pickup arrangements, and required documentation. Liaise with airlines, GHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment movement. Prepare and verify export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and airline processes. Handle DAP/DDP shipments. Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding or logistics firm.
