Job Summary
Senior Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Consumer and Community Banking team. Responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, screening incoming calls, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing internal/external events (catering and transportation), processing invoices and T&E expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding/off-boarding, producing high-quality emails/messages to individuals at all levels, maintaining department documents (organizational charts, Executive Bio’s), handling regular activities without prompting, and advising in advance on issues or delays. Requires five or more years of administrative experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and strong MS Office proficiency. Preferred: experience supporting at Managing Director level or above; college degree is a plus. Note: five days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
